Hailing from Puerto Rico, Eli Fantasy rose up from hardships, poverty, trials, and tribulations to
assert herself as a cultural force in front of the camera as a model and influencer and on the
microphone as a genre-busting urban songstress. Crystallized in a sultry and sassy signature
sound, this resiliency shines through her 2020 debut for Interscope Records and more singles,
videos, and shows on the horizon.
At just four-years-old, she gravitated towards music inspired by her grandparents. Taking the
stage for the first time, she joined the school choir and began to unlock her voice. Growing up,
she discovered rock and electronic styles admitting, “Music made me feel free.” However, a
rough childhood forced her to provide for herself. Leaving home at the age of 17 in the face of
abuse, she turned to exotic dancing as a day job—yet still maintained her individuality.
Upholding a pledge to never be “just one more of the bunch,” she used the situation to her
advantage. She adopted the name Eli Fantasy and presented an immersive persona
encompassing modeling, animation, and music. As her national profile rose, she competed in
Puerto Rico’s 2015 “Miss Universe” and amassed a staggering social media following,
spanning over half-a-million followers as of 2020.
At the same time, she picked up a pen and initially shared her thoughts in poetry. Her life story
took shape as songs. Among her first releases, she made waves at home with "No soy como
tú" (“I am not like you”) and "Noche inolvidable" (“Unforgettable Night”). Meanwhile, “Más perra
que tú” ("More bitch than you") took off in Latin America, expanding her influence yet again.
Recognizing her talent and budding movement, Interscope Records signed her in 2019.
Primed for a major breakthrough, Eli Fantasy kicks off 2020 and her next chapter with the
single “Si toca toca.” Produced by the powerhouse team of YannC Full Harmony and Chalko
[Ozuna, Anuel, AA, Myke Towers], she reclaims a phrase from Puerto Rican folklore—“Si toca
toca”—as her own. In between slick trap moods and acoustic guitar, her seductive delivery
slips into an immediately unshakable chant. A super sexy video directed by Courtney Paige
and shot in Los Angeles brings the tune to life.
Taking control of her destiny and planning more music for release soon, Eli Fantasy personally
