Shamoon Ismail, born September 21, 1991 in Islamabad, Pakistan, is a Pakistani singer, songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He began his career by releasing music on Bandcamp and SoundCloud, and issued his first single, “Sapne” (2013). He released the EP Cookie (2018), which includes the song “Marijuana” (2018), nominated for Singer of the Year at the Lux Style Awards. His single “Taare” (2018) also gained significant attention. In 2021, he released his debut studio album, Scars & Screws (2021), featuring collaborations with artists such as Hasan Raheem on the song “Faasla” (2021) and Talha Anjum on the song “051021” (2021). His other notable singles include the award-winning “Rok Le” (2020) and “Relapse” (2023).
