Lollobrigida, a Croatian electro-pop/synthpop band, was formed in 2003. The duo gained immediate attention after their first public performance at the student club KSET in June 2003. Their breakthrough came with the release of the single "Party" in September 2004, which became a hit and propelled them into the mainstream. In May 2005, Lollobrigida released their debut album Cartoon Explosion. The band evolved musically and stylistically, adding instrumentalists and transforming into VIS Lollobrigida in 2006. Notable singles from this period include "Bubblegum Boy" (2005) and "Moj decko je gay" (2006). Their second album Lollobrigida Inc. was released in March 2008, featuring the hit single "Miss Right and Mrs. Wrong". In January 2012, they premiered their third album Pilula. Lollobrigida won the MTV Adria Best Regional Act Award in October 2009 and performed at numerous festivals, including EXIT in Novi Sad, Serbia.
