Bryan Sutton is a GRAMMY winner and nine-time IBMA Guitar Player of the Year, recognized as one of the most accomplished acoustic guitarists of his generation. He picked up the guitar at age eight and later moved to Nashville, where he became a session player and joined Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder. He has since appeared on landmark albums by Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, Dolly Parton, Dierks Bentley, The Dixie Chicks, Billy Strings, and Sierra Hull. His solo projects, including Not Too Far From the Tree with Doc Watson and Earl Scruggs, earned him a Grammy Award for Best Country Instrumental Performance. A longtime member of Hot Rize, Sutton also tours with his own band and has produced for artists such as Della Mae.
