Cogway, a self-taught musician, composer and beatmaker, has been drawing on eclectic influences for years. From radio variety to the nostalgia of parental cassettes, from jazz clubs to rock concerts, his journey testifies to an innate affinity for musical diversity. This eclectic inclination comes to life in "IMPACT", his debut project, a hybrid instrumental exploration navigating between the worlds of NIN, Depeche Mode and Massive Attack.
Rhythm forward, Cogway celebrates the fundamental pulsation, the ostinato which animates body and mind, a physical force which orchestrates life and nature. An artisan of the great outdoors and a lover of nature, he channels these influences in "IMPACT", a sound painting illustrating the repercussions of humanity on the planet.
