POW (stylized in all caps; Korean: 파우) is a five-member South Korean boy band formed by Grid Entertainment in 2023. The group consists of Yorch, Hyunbin, Jungbin, Dongyeon, and Hong. POW officially debuted on October 11, 2023, with their first extended play Favorite, following the release of their pre-debut single “Favorite” and music video for “Dazzling.” Their energetic and colorful debut marked them as rising stars in the K-pop industry. Before debuting, members brought diverse experiences: Yorch was a well-known Thai actor and a former trainee under the cancelled Big Hit project Trainee A, while Dongyeon gained recognition through his participation in the survival show LOUD in 2021. Their mix of international appeal and talent helped them stand out from the beginning. In 2024, POW continued building momentum with their digital single "Valentine" and their second EP Boyfriend, which featured a remake of Avril Lavigne’s hit "Girlfriend" as the title track. They followed up with the single “Sunset,” expanding their musical style. In 2025, they released “Always There” as part of a soundtrack and continued releasing non-album singles like “Gimme Love” and “Being Tender,”.
