Revealed by Star Academy in 2023, singer Candice was born on August 23, 2023. Real name Candice Vernet, she learned to play the piano and wrote her first songs, before signing up for the auditions for Star Academy. Selected for the 11th season, she stood out for her soft, sensual tone, which earned her a place on the tour despite her elimination on the 9th night. She continues to build her reputation on social networks and signs with Tayc's label, Good Mood, for whom she records a first version of the song "Fleurs fanées", before recording a second acoustic version. Meanwhile, Candice and Tayc duet on "Joli cœur" (2024), followed by another collaboration with Tsew the Kid on "Une dernière fois". Between pop and soul, her first EP Premier Pétale was released in 2025.
