Leina is a Japanese singer-songwriter. She was born on March 27, 2005, in Machida City, Tokyo.Her real name is Reina Miyagi . She began writing songs at the age of 13 and made her debut at 14 with the single “Crying Memories” in November 2019. She released “Ai no Uta” digitally in 2021, and her 2023 releases “I Want to Talk About Trivial Things” and “Utatane” became viral hits.In 2024, she released her first album, *The First Cry of Love, The Wail of Sorrow*, featuring the singles “Prejudice Without Trying” and “I Melt Away in Front of You.”Her 2025 single “medicine” became a major sensation, racking up approximately 200 million streams on social media, and in September of that year, she made her major-label debut with the EP *Blue age* (released by Sony Music), which included the lead singles “One Week” and “Moment.”In May 2026, she released the single “Chikai” on CD, which served as the theme song for the TV anime *Nihon Sangoku*.
