Jesus on Extasy is a rock band from Essen, Germany, formed by Dorian Deveraux and Chai Deveraux in 2005. In July 2006, the band made their live debut at the Bochum Total Festival, which led to a record deal with Drakkar Entertainment. Their debut album, Holy Beauty, was released in 2007 and included a remix of "Assassinate Me" by KMFDM. The band embarked on extensive tours supporting acts like Letzte Instanz and Dope Stars Inc., and performed at major festivals such as M'era Luna Festival, and reached Number 1 on the German Alternative Charts in May 2008 with their second album, Beloved Enemy. In 2010, they released their third album No Gods, and broke up in December 2014. The band reunited in October 2020 to announce plans to release another album, with Dorian Deveraux as a vocalist. The band released the album Between Despair and Disbelief in 2025.
