Athena Manoukian, is a singer - songwriter. In 2007, she participated at a talent TV show named ''This Is What Missing'' and won the first prize. In 2008, she participated in the national selection of ''Eurovision Junior'' with the song ''To Fili Tis Afroditis''. In 2011, she released her first single ''Party Like A Freak'', which was nominated twice for winning an award at the ''Video Music Awards''. In 2012, she released ''I Surrender'' and ''Na Les Pos M'agapas''. She also received a ''Gold Disc'' for the sales of those songs. In 2014, she released her latest single ''XO'' published by Warner Chappel / Max Music Scandinavia. The track was recorded in Sweden and it's music video in Australia. She also reached number 1 in charts. In 2017, Manoukian wrote a song (lyrics and music) to Helena Paparizou, the winner of Eurovision Song Contest 2005. She got a ''Platinum Disc''. In 2018 she did a guest appearance in The X Factor UK. She also reached the front page of the newspaper ''The Sun''. She represented Armenia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam with a song she wrote along with her producer DJ Paco. They wrote the music together and she wrote the lyrics of the song, as she did with her following up single ''Dolla''. She is also the creative, artistic and the main director of "Dolla"'s music video. She also appeared on BBC's Newsbeat documentary. She had revealed her release of her upcoming single and she is working on a first full-length album.
