In 2012 an uncontrolled primal force ended first place at the Humo's Rock Rally. Together with their monster hit 'The Reeling', the Compact Disk Dummies released their first EP in 2013. The single (The Reeling) scored first place in De Afrekening and even got in the Flemish Ultratop 50 for 6 weeks straight.
Quickly the two brothers from Waregem rocked big stages like Pukkelpop, Lokerse Feesten and a full Ancienne Belgique.
After their first album 'Silver Souls' - for which they got productional help from Gareth Jones and Luuk Cox - they're working on their follow up.
Recently the Dummies became the house band of De Ideale Wereld. They even get attention from outside their musical life. They wrote history in their hometown (Waregem) where the band got a whole wall dedicated to them in the form of a mural painting.
Early April they released their own version of the Game of Thrones theme song!
