Karen Parry is an electronic music vocalist whose career began in the early 2000s. Her breakthrough came with a collaboration with Flip & Fill on the 2002 single "Shooting Star", a cover of Bang! that reached number 3 on the UK Singles Chart. In the same year she also featured on Pascal's rendition of "I Think We're Alone Now", which peaked at number 23. The following year, Parry co‑performed with Flip & Fill on "Discoland", attaining the 11th position on the UK chart. She signed with AATW Records and contributed to the Clubland album series, recording a cover of Irene Cara's "Flashdance" for Clubland III (2003) and collaborating with Pascal on "This Will Be (The Best Days Of Our Lives)" for Clubland 4 (2004). In 2004 she worked with the Dance Assassins on a rework of "Here I Am" and released "Sail Away" (2005). Parry continued to record solo tracks with Flip & Fill, covering Phil Collins' "Against All Odds" (2006) and ATC's "I'm In Heaven (When You Kiss Me)" (2007). She toured the United Kingdom with Flip & Fill on the Clubland Arena Tour in 2008, sharing the stage with Scooter, Ultrabeat, and Cascada.
