Greenness is the project of French singer-songwriter Cécile Frangi and English producer, composer and guitarist Graham Pratt.
Based in Brighton, the pair has been refining their unique blend of alt-rock, psych-folk and chamber-pop for over a decade, garnering attention from Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music) and John Kennedy (Radio X). Equally at ease with a full backing band on festival stages or in smaller settings with a more intimate duo set, Greenness have toured across the UK and mainland Europe, including in prestigious venues such as Brighton Dome and the Royal Albert Hall. Notable supports include The Besnard Lakes, Marissa Nadler, Manu Delago and UK top 10 rock band The Slow Readers Club.
After self-releasing two thematic EPs, Greenness launched their debut album Sunrooms independently to critical acclaim from CMU, Prog Magazine and The Morning Star.
Still unsigned, untethered and fiercely creative, the band is currently recording a second album in their home studio.
