Žanamari Perčić, born Žanamari Lalić on September 8, 1981 in Makarska, Croatia, is a singer who rose to prominence as the first winner of Hrvatski Idol, the Croatian equivalent of Pop Idol. In 2001, she obtained a degree in management and moved to Germany, where she released her debut single "Feels like Heaven" in 2002 and competed in Deutschland sucht den Superstar. After winning Hrvatski Idol in 2004, Perčić participated in various Croatian music festivals, including Zadarfest and the Croatian Radio Festival. Her first solo album, Žanamari, was released in 2005 by Croatia Records. Notable songs from her career include "Crni leptire" and "Ljubav". In 2010, she formed the pop-rock band J'Animals, with whom she released the album Druga vrsta in 2011. Perčić has also collaborated with artists such as Joshua Macks and Igor Vukojević.
