Luxembourg-based electronic pop artist Tobisonics re-discovered his love of making music in his mid-30s after losing nearly 2 decades to chronic depression/anxiety & PTSD. Finding creative freedom by expressing himself through the words of others, Tobi’s groove-driven electro/indie productions mix composition with sound design; Tobi considers his music to be a moral and social act, ultimately positive in its action.
From 2020 through to 2021, Tobi released four singles spanning a range of electronic genres from alt-pop debut, “All These Things”, to the politically-charged electro wave follow-up, “Military Industrial Complex”; electro-hip-hop collaboration with London-based rapper Costi, “Eye of the Storm”, and spoken-word electro-dance groove, “All The Little Things” with spoken-word artist Wee Scots Poet.
Tobi’s music has been played by DJ Tobi Lynn of Amazing Radio US, featured on KGUP’s daily rotation; earned a spot in Artefaktor Radio’s Top 50 of 2021 So Far [#41], featured as one of Fresh on the Net’s Fresh Faves [Batch 390] and attracted the attention of BBC Radio One DJs Abbie McCarthy”, “Enjoyed listening to this, ace production” and Jaguar, , "This is everything. I want more."
Tobi is currently working on all-new material for his debut LP [due out early 2022]. You can follow Tobi via his socials [@tobisonics] or sign up for his Newsletter Video for exclusive previews and behind-the-scenes access [via his linktr.ee/tobisonics].
