Laverock - Laura Vesztergom is a Hungarian producer, songwriter and engineer.
She always tries to make the most out of the artistic ideas of a production, keeping in mind the authentic relationship between the performer and the song.
During mixing sessions she’s always been interested in how a particular song would behave in a different musical atmosphere. Laverock likes to experiment with completely different textures from the original, while still keeping emotion and dramaturgy as the heart of the songs. Thus, with more than 15 years of professional experience behind her, she began to make unique transcripts of the finished compositions, which are not "remixes" in the traditional way.
"I'd like the performer to be able to identify with the new version. Although I'll dress their music up, the focus will remain on them and their songs. The key is to keep the same meaning for both of us."
Her style is a specific blend of electronic music and acoustic instruments. Regardless of the genre, she always treats the message and emotional charge as the most important elements.
Usually her remixes are on the list of the leading Hungarian radio station. She introduced herself as a songwriter with an instrumental EDM song in 2020.
