Mainliner

Mainliner is a Japanese noise and psychedelic rock band formed in Tokyo in 1995. The group included guitarist Kawabata Makoto and bassist Asahito Nanjo. They released their debut album, Mellow Out, in 1996. Following this release, Mainliner released Mainliner Sonic and Psychedelic Polyhedron, both in 1997. After releasing the album Imaginative Plain in 2001, the band released Revelation Space in 2013 with Kawabe Taigen and Koji Shimura. In 2021, they released the album Dual Myths.
