Damn Seagulls is a Finnish rock, soul, and punk band formed in 1997 in Helsinki. The band gained initial traction with their EP Cool By Nature released in 2002. Their breakthrough came with the hit single "Once Upon A Time", featured in The Duudsonit's movie & TV Show. Damn Seagulls' unique rock style incorporated brass and woodwind instruments. In 2005, they released their debut full-length album One Night At Sirdie's, followed by Soul Politics in 2007. Notable songs from these albums include "Further & Away" and "Human Torch". Damn Seagulls continued to release albums such as Hunting Season in 2009 and Let It Shine in 2014, maintaining their presence in the Finnish rock scene with live performances across the country.
