Alex Comaish is a songwriter from the south of Gloucestershire, now based in London. Inspired by seeing Frank Turner live at 13, he took up guitar and started writing songs in the same vein, combining folk, indie rock and alternative influences with a knack for pop melodies. An energetic live performer, he’s opened to sell out crowds at The Fleece in Bristol, opened the last edition of the West Country Music Festival, and done live sessions from Battersea Power Station as part of Wandsworth’s London Borough of Culture celebrations. He scored Radio Support from BBC Bristol on his first four releases, and received glowing reviews from numerous online publications.
