Philadelphia artist Mizxy Slime is a Trapsoul/Melodic Rapper who mixes R&B vocals with Rap effortlessly to create a sound that is both solidly Trap and undeniably soulful.
Mizxy found his love of music from his father who was affiliated with Death Row Records with label mate Kurupt and his mother who sang backup vocals with Boyz II Men. Only rapping a little over 2 years he takes inspiration from artists such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, and JAY-Z with a vibe is similar to artists like Lil Durk, Gunna, and Young Thug.
Mizxy prefers melodic sounds with hard hitting lyrics as he works to make his music authentically Philly but not bound to genre taking cues from artists like Billie Eilish and Ed Sheeran. Currently he's working on music that infuses more of his Japanese heritage and bi racial upbringing.
