Secret Cameras is a Dark Synth Rock duo based in London. The ensemble delivers a modern Rock with Electronic elements, thunderous drums and edgy synths.
In 2017, Secret Cameras produced and released the eponymous 6 track EP. The record was mixed by legendary producer Dave Bascombe, known for his work with acts like Depeche Mode, Suede, Placebo and Courteeners and gained support of tastemakers and Djs such as Spotify, Radio X, BBC 6 Music, BBC London, Amazing Radio and RTE 2FM.
In 2020 the duo released a new single ‘The Silence’ entirely written and recorded during the first lockdown. The track was positively received by both fans and tastemakers and was praised by BBC 6 Music presenter Steve Lamacq as 'Majestic'. The track was also chosen by Amazon Music UK to be featured on their ‘Best New Bands’ playlist.
In the next few years, Secret Cameras has consistently played live expanding the fanbase while also having the chance to perform at notable festivals such as Kendal Calling in 2022. The band has also several sold out shows, with the last one at the beginning of 2023 at the legendary venue The Lexington in London. Since then, the band has been hard at work at the studio, recording and releasing new music
