Born on May 22, 1986, in Tifton, Georgia, Austin Brown's journey into music began at an early age, nurtured by a family deeply immersed in a rich tapestry of musical genres.
Following high school, Austin pursued his passion with unrelenting dedication, earning a full scholarship to Oklahoma City University, where he majored in Musical Theater. After college, Austin's talent led him to the renowned Voices of Liberty at Walt Disney World, followed by a stint as a featured performer for Royal Caribbean. It was during this time that fate brought him to the a cappella sensation, Home Free.
After 11 successful years with Home Free, Austin made the heartfelt decision to step away from the group in order to focus on his growing family with his wife, Amberly. This shift marked a significant turning point in both his personal and professional life, as Austin embraced the joys of family life while continuing to pursue his solo music career.
