Multi-instrumentalist singer from Nantes (FR), Neige unveils Folk songs tinged with Soul, sometimes Pop with Blues accents, and gives us behind his instruments an intimate music, of an intense sensitivity. Colors in the Backyard is Neige's first solo album. Composed, arranged, played, recorded and mixed alone in a Garden Shed, transformed in a Home-Studio and place of life of the musician. Hence its title, which came as a matter of course when he was haunted by one of the only visions he could have all day long: his window, to the right of his office, overlooking the garden in bloom, under the sun, in the rain, and even in the snow. This image became a small symbol, of calm happiness, of serenity which marks this album.
