It all started for the young Librevillois with a passion, that of writing quality texts and impacting through the accuracy of his words. Born on May 28, 1993, Maurille Vignon Elvis OUSSOU, whose real name is, has been interested since childhood in Rap icons of the 2000s such as Eminem, 50 Cent, Jay-Z or P Diddy to name a few. In 2006 he left Gabon and settled in his native Benin with his parents. Big names such as La Fouine and Booba in France, Ba'Ponga and Koba in Gabon, or Diamant Noir and Blazfem in Benin, only increased his motivation to get into the industry. Freestyles in the street and in the playground of the Catholic College Notre Dame de Lourdes where he obtained his baccalaureate become one of his favorite hobbies.
In 2015, he released the Mixtape PVB recorded and mastered by Meko Prod, from which are extracted titles such as #PVB (Feat WP, Dnice, Cool B, Ali & Beezy Baby), #FBGM (feat Tyaf and Lysron), #GT or even Papa Bongo which also becomes one of his flagship pieces. At the beginning of 2017, Omev released the remix of the track OUNFO AGBONNON by his elder WP. The public appreciates it, the fans sing it by chorus each time the artist goes on stage.
Then in May 2017 he announced his departure from the SSB label through the single "Je suis parti", before releasing in December 2017 "Le Démon" featuring rapper X-Time.
In 2018, the "Golden Boy" managed to capture the attention of Beninese urban audiences again and created a buzz by chaining two major releases: the single "MIHOUIN" in which the artist sums up the state of Beninese showbiz at the time, followed by the remix of his track "Papa Bongo" with veteran Kemtaan whose official clip was released in February 2019.
In February 2019, the young rapper steps out of his comfort zone to reach a wider audience through the single titled "WALLY".
Long announced as the next signing of Mister Blaaz, we will have to wait until 2020 to learn that the young prodigy has finally signed with the production house Stone Music. But this partnership will not last long since the artist officially announces a year later the breach of his contract.
