In 2004 three musicians from Turin – Gianluca Rindone (guitar), Jari Bezzolato (bass) and Andrea Ramondetti (drum) – founded Skyline, a modern rock band born with the purpose to play a modern and melodic rock, influenced by alternative sounds and music that come from the American world and beyond. In 2010 “The Other Words” album is published; it’s the first album of the band, which inaugurates a lucky series of concerts in the underground circuit. When the new album Nowhere Here comes out in 2016, with a discrete success in Turin music world, the band reinterprets the sounds of their last album in a more modern way. Even if over the years there have been some changes in the line-up, its founding members never gave up, and they composed a new album during the 2020 lockdown period giving birth to a new project, “Fiction or Reality?”, in which the band explores modern rock sounds, switching between rock and melodic songs, experimenting with digital overcoming analogue. The release of “Fiction or Reality?”, based on the collaboration with some great artists and producers of Turin’s music scene, inaugurates the collaboration of the band with Volcano records. To grow in their endless journey, in February 2022 the band added a new member to their lineup - Alberto Cattaneo. Singer and songwriter, Alberto had used to play in several rock bands in Turin a decade before, putting on pause his frontman days till today. The band, now officially passed from trio to quartet, immediately found a new spark and started rehearsing to get back on the live scene, while composing new songs with a newborn soul. After a first release, a reinterpretation of the big hit Left Outside Alone (Anastasia), in September 2022, resonating with what the band felt during a whole period of forced stop from the live scene, "being left outside from it", they kept focusing on composing. In March 2023 the band performed live in Turin, and after a period of re-defining their music, in early 2025 the new songs were released.
