ODDA, also known as Oli, grew up on an island off the south of England. His dramatic, atmospheric, and beautiful songs reflect the forever changing world that surrounded him growing up on his rock in the sea.
Oli was passionate about music from an early age: music college, (a band at/studying music at) University, and working as a musician for hire all followed. After a period playing main stages at major festivals, as well as being in an 80s cover band, Oli realised that it was time to stop hiding behind other people’s music. And so, Odda was born.
His music speaks of the strengths and weaknesses we each have as individuals, how we feel about ourselves, our company and our environment, and the struggle of trying to live a life that is both humble and authentic in a fast-paced and superficial world.
ODDA’s captivating music allows you to slow down, take a step back and to listen to yourself and your surroundings. With the release of his debut ‘Mama’, ODDA has plenty left to say and he hopes you will listen.
