Edgar-Paul Bernis is a French music producer living in the countryside. Co-founder of the music label OTAG, he works as a freelancer through the internet. With his dark and eerie melodies, influenced by American underground hip-hop, he delivers hard-hitting gems in his own style.
Whilst in London studying music production, he released his first mixtape in May 2016, under the name "ROSE ASCENT”. He was later noticed by producer Josh Sins, with whom he founded the music label OTAG. He earned a Music Production Diploma from prestigious British school BIMM the same year.
Following this, a year later he released an EP with rapper Anti-Villain Dan entitled "Problems", while making a soundtrack for a documentary and interning at Abbey Road Studios.
His second EP, entitled "Raina's Curse", was released during the summer of 2018. Working with the same team, he improved on the last effort and is now ready to make the world listen to his vision.
Alongside making beats, he is writing a book about Josh Sins, founder of OTAG who recently disappeared, detailing the tragic last days of his friend in his mansion, rumoured to be haunted.
