"All things are possible for one who believes" - Mark 9:23
M. Di Angelo - born Marcos Fernando dos Santos on September 13, 1971 in Recife, Brazil, used to listen to his mother singing at home. Still, as a child, he started singing in a catholic church choir and learned to dance watching Gretchen sing and dance to "Freak Le Boom Boom" and "Conga, Conga, Conga" on Brazilian television.
The first big step of M. Di Angelo's music career happened when he recorded and released "Paradise? Feel the Light" in 2018, a dream that was kept inside the artist for over 20 years. This song is a self reflection and self evaluation of the artist's life back in 1998, when he was living in Germany and got involved with drugs and got lost and away from his spiritual beliefs. "It was a wake up call for me", says the artist.
Polyglot (he speaks Portuguese, German, English, French, and Italian), he lived in Germany for several years, where he studied singing, dancing, and acting for a year at the Stage School of Music, Dance, and Drama, in Hamburg.
After 6 years living in Europe, the artist returned to Brazil and resumed his wish of fulfilling a dream: singing and dancing professionally and carrying the message that, with faith, everything is possible (based on the verse of Mark 9:23 - "All things are possible for one who believes").
"Even though I was the son of a maid and an alcoholic father, I understood as a child that if I really wanted to change my life, it would be with the help of God and a good education. My mother did everything she could to give us what she was able to and our father, even with his failures, taught us the importance of studies and honesty. I understood, very small, that the rest was between God and me! ", says the singer.
M. Di Angelo's music brings references to the great successes of the 90s, mixing pop and house styles, with a Brazilian flair and combines with people who have a good musical taste.
