Created in 2015, Nova Materia is an electronic duo characterized by its organic and industrial sounds.
Composed by Caroline Chaspoul and Eduardo Henriquez, the duo gained recognition thanks to their live performances which combine electronic instruments, guitars prepared and diverted from their first function but also stones, wood or construction materials directly borrowed from construction sites.
Their music is distinguished by its intriguing sound textures, hypnotic rhythms and evocative slogan-like lyrics.
We find them both through a varied discography (at KTDJ or Crammed Disks for example) as well as for soundtracks, compositions for theater and dance but also in sound installations or museum sound stages.
Thanks to their versatility, they embrace both experimental worlds, specializing in spatial creation and on the biggest Festival stages.
