Formed in Asunción in late 2011, TERCERPISO emerged in response to its members' desire to explore new sounds and rejuvenate the music scene. Our mission is to transmit energy in a unique way and, above all, make a positive impact on young people and adults.
We have toured many corners of the country, sharing stages on tours and festivals with renowned national rock bands such as AREA 69, FLOU, SALAMANDRA, PAIKO, BOHEMIA URBANA, REVOLBER, RIPE BANANA SKINS, among others. We've also had the opportunity to perform alongside international acts like P.O.D. and ALIEN ANT FARM.
Thanks to our fresh and powerful music, as well as our explosive performances, we have gained acceptance from the audience right from the start. When we talk about TercerPiso, we can't confine ourselves to a single musical genre, as our songs range from jazz and funk to nu metal, incorporating rap to create a fusion with clever rhymes and a lot of power.
In 2011, TercerPiso was the official band of the "360°" tour, promoted by the Ministry of Youth, taking us to cities such as Encarnación, Pedro Juan Caballero, Ciudad del Este, Hernandarias, Caaguazú, among others.
In 2014, we released our first promotional single titled "EGOÍSTA," which became a hit on social media, leaving the audience satisfied and with high expectations.
In 2016, we released our first studio material, the EP titled "DE OTRO PLANETA," produced by Marcelo Soler. It comprises four tracks: "VÉRTIGO, MASA, SEXY NENA, and SAMBINHA," with the latter being the first promotional single to be released on major radio stations. The #TPEP features rhythmic elements with syncopation, distorted guitars, lively and varied grooves, well-thought-out lyrics, and an infectious rhythm that invites everyone to the party.
In 2017, apart from performing at AREA 69's comeback concert in front of approximately 3000 people, TERCERPISO was invited to participate in a festival headlined by bands like P.O.D. and ALIEN ANT FARM, solidifying our position as a direct reference in our style within the scene among the audience and promoters.
In 2019, we presented the single with a video titled "HDB - Hora De Bailar," produced by Marcelo Soler, which became another promotional success.
In 2020, we took advantage of the global situation to reorganize internally and independently record and produce from our own studio, subsequently presenting "Lo que se ve no se pregunta" ("What you see is unquestionable"), which includes the duo of songs "Y así" and "Él ha sido," both accompanied by their respective music videos.
Currently, TERCERPISO consists of Matias Jacquet on vocals, Kbra Cabral on vocals and turntables, Enzo Romero on guitars and Jorge González Miño on drums.
