Khan Givas, whose real name is Gilivazio Akambamu, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter, and producer based in Kampala, Uganda.
Khan Givas was born in Mbarara, Uganda. where he grew up. He has one brother and five sisters. Khan attended Akashanda Primary School for his primary level and Gulu Army Secondary School for his secondary level. After completing his secondary studies, he went on to pursue a course in Information and Communication Technology basics at Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative located in Gulu, Uganda.
Khan Givas showed musical interest since childhood, engaging in a number of community entertainment auditions, local drama, school competitions and other related activities. This actually changed from just being passionate to music and became part of him. In 2016, Khan Givas founded and launched his own record label called “Hustlers Base Collaborations”, later that year, he recorded his first song titled "Am Loving" but it didn't get enough attention. In 2020, Khan Givas continued building his career, releasing singles such as “Kiga Nation”, “Ndeeba”, “Gambaye Featuring Nohart”, “On Fleek”, “Jitambue” under his own record label “Hustlers Base Collaborations” on popular music streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube, among others. He is also known for his Hip-hop and Pop style with afrobeats influences.
