Nembalemba Junior in civil status, Majoos is an artist from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Born January 1, 1987 in the town of likasi in Katanga, he is an author, composer and performer. Passionate about music from early childhood, he formed at the age of 8, a music group made up of his cousins. They baptize their formation Nembalemba Five, in reference to the Jackson Five group which is a hit across the Atlantic. After his baccalaureate and a diploma in economics at the University of Lubumbashi (DRC), he decided to devote himself fully to music. It offers covers of famous pieces by Papa Wemba, Corneille or Usher. he makes rnb his favorite style. But it is his cover of the song "Endena" by Papa Wemba, recorded in 2010, which allows him to make a name for himself in his city, Lubumbashi. In 2011, he released 6 tracks in an EP called "CQFD" before offering his audience in December 2016, his first album composed of 10 tracks called "TAYARI 2.0". Between 2017 and 2021, majoos released several successful singles, some of them in collaboration with internationally renowned artists such as KOFFI OLOMIDE, FERRÉ GOLA and MBILIA BEL. From Kinshasa to Abidjan via Rabat, Cape Town, Dar_es_salam or Johannesburg, majoos has multiplied festivals, show cases or meetings in order to advance his career.
