JmaX is a young author, composer, performer, born in Yvelines, in 1990, of a Guadeloupe father and a mother Martiniquaise.
Very early, he is rocked by various sounds that his family listen to, his big brother makes him discover the Reggae and Dancehall Jamaicans and Francophones. He is the nephew of Kolo Barst, a famous Creole bluesman.
