The problem child of french jazz, daoud is widely regarded as a torch bearer of the french new jazz scene. Inspirations from hip-hop, italian house and modern jazz mold together to create a rich, groove infused tapestry of sounds. The french-moroccan trumpeter fuels his compositions with absurdism and a little bit of inadequacy always looking for new ways to annoy purists.
