There's a new momentum coming.
Since its formation in 2014, Ego Kill Talent has achieved remarkable milestones, performing at some of the world's biggest festivals — Rock in Rio, Aftershock, Rock Im Park, Hellfest, and more — while also completing successful tours across Brazil and Europe.
With two studio albums, Ego Kill Talent (2017) and The Dance Between Extremes (2021), recorded at the legendary Studio 606 in Los Angeles, the band has built a strong international presence, earning airplay on major rock radio stations worldwide.
In 2022, they had the honor of closing the main stage at Lollapalooza Brazil with a tribute to Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins. Before that, they had already toured as special guests for Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age.
Now, with Emmily Barreto taking over as frontwoman, EKT is embracing a fresh new sound. This shift led to Call Us By Her Name (2023), an EP that’s been turning heads and winning over both critics and fans.
In 2023, they joined Evanescence on their Brazilian tour, earning public praise from Amy Lee in interviews and on social media—especially for Emmily's powerhouse performance. That same year, they dropped We Move As One, featuring Andreas Kisser (Sepultura) and Rob Damiani (Don Broco), which became the official anthem of the Rainbow Six Siege World Championship.
Fast forward to 2024, EKT was back in the spotlight, opening for Linkin Park’s massive comeback shows in Brazil.
Now, as they dive into their third studio album, Ego Kill Talent keeps evolving, taking their sound to new heights and solidifying their place in the global rock scene.
