What kind of creatures might live under ice
In the oceans of Jupiter's moons?
How would we know if we found them
And what would we say?
Deep down under there on the lunar oceans
Unlike any seas we have known
And if life is out there we'll have to be thoughtful
And try not to tread on their toes
What kind of life might exist on the moons around Saturn
So dazzling and white?
If we send a spacecraft I hope it won't scare them
We'll have to be kind and polite
Out there far away are the lunar oceans
So unlike the seas we have known
And if life is out there we'll have to be thoughtful
And try not to tread on their toes
So let's launch a dragonfly and a fine clipper
To sail through the space in between
For we are curious and we're adventurous
Who knows just what we might see?
Set forth, all aboard for the lunar oceans
So unlike the seas we have known
And if life is out there, we'll have to be careful
If we find that we're not alone
What creatures might swim in the lunar oceans
Europa, Enceladus and Titan
Out there, far away in the lunar oceans
Ganymede and Calypso and Triton
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
Who knows?
